Sometimes you have a lawsuit that is so delightful as to be almost unbelievable. Witness this lady who is very very mad her pantyhose did not give her a foot massage or an orgasm and has sued the manufacturer for false advertising.
Here’s the ad for the absurdly named “Kushyfoot” nylons:
There’s some groans of satisfaction, some sexxxxy music, and the promise of making your whole body feel refreshed. We’ve always presumed that normal people understood this to be a bit of advertising hyperbole, but apparently not one Meng Wang.
Wang was even more upset by the fact that the Kushyfoot products she purchased did not leave her “super satisfied.”
“As she makes her way through the streets, she moans and utters highly sexually charged phrases to herself, including ‘That’s the spot’ and ‘So good,’ as a song with the lyrics ‘I feel super satisfied, super satisfied’ plays in the background to further the sexual angle of the advertisement,” the lawsuit stated. “Her assertive stride and relaxed air are literally show-stopping, causing male and female passersby alike to stop in their tracks to look at her with their mouths agape.”
Oh, and Wang is suing on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this is a class action.
We have no idea who the Lee Litigation Group is that is handling this bit of nonsense, and we’re not sure if they are heroes or idiots, but this thing made our day nonetheless. Read the whole complaint below.
