You Can Take the Man Out of the Park…

  Bitter Newsroom /   July 14, 2008 /   Lawyer, News & Views /   Leave a Comment

CNN reports that Richard Quest, the CNN International correspondent arrested in April for “loitering” at 3 a.m. in Central Park, returned from court-ordered rehab on Friday and is back at work.

Though Nigel Pritchard, a spokesperson for CNN, claims that “We’re very pleased to have him back,” inside sources at CNN have expressed concern that Quest’s stint in rehab was not as successful as they had initially hoped, as it was apparently unable to fully erase the phrase “found with some drugs in his pocket, a rope around his neck that was tied to his genitals, and a sex toy in his boot” from the public’s memory/ collective internet cache.
